My name is Batya, I'm the author of Israela. In it, I go beyond the black/white media reporting of the Middle East to portray the more human face of conflict-- by which I mean the devastating and long-lasting effects that terrorism and warfare have on everyday people like you and me. I'd love to hear from you, to get to know what your connection to Israel is, or to conflict.
